1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("the User") and hn777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the hn777 website and mobile application. 3Account Registration

Each user may register only one account on hn777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number and payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. hn777 is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on hn777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your hn777 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. This typically takes under one minute for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. hn777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts, shared wallets or unverified sources may result in the funds being held pending verification.
• hn777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit funds are held in your hn777 wallet and may only be used for gaming on the platform.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked account or bank account. Withdrawals are typically completed the same day for JazzCash and Easypaisa.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and linked to your hn777 account.
• You must complete any active bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. Real-money deposits not subject to a bonus are withdrawable at any time.
• hn777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• hn777 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider once funds have been dispatched.

6Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on hn777:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household or IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• hn777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will apply.
• Using more than one account to claim a bonus multiple times, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in voiding of the bonus and potential account closure.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on hn777 is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Betting page:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is void under these rules.
• hn777 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, amend odds or void bets at any time where there is evidence of irregular activity, match-fixing or data errors.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — such as a clear data feed error resulting in demonstrably incorrect prices — hn777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's latency and data feed. hn777 is not liable for betting outcomes affected by delays in live data. All accepted bets stand.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and test matches — are governed by the Laws of Cricket as administered by the relevant governing body for result determination.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

8Casino and Game Rules

Casino games on hn777 — including slots, fish shooting games and live casino tables — are operated by certified third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). hn777 does not control or influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the game result will be determined by the server-side record. Disputed outcomes should be reported to support within 24 hours.
• Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages certified by independent testing labs. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Fish game winnings are credited instantly to your hn777 wallet. Any technical dispute regarding a fish game round must be reported within 24 hours with the relevant round ID.
• hn777 reserves the right to void any game round where evidence of software exploitation, cheating tools or external interference is detected.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on hn777 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any AI-based tools to place bets without manual human input.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error in a game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial activity.

• Colluding with other players in live casino or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.

10Account Suspension and Closure

hn777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Evidence of multiple account ownership.
• Suspected underage use.
• At the user's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to any breach will be returned to the payment method on record after any verification process is complete.
